If product is damaged on arrival or does not meet your expectations please contact us at returns@dotzshop.com and confirm your return. dotz-shop.shopify.com customer support will give you instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse. Upon receiving the item, we will inspect and refund accordingly. Shipping label will be provided by dotz-shop.shopify.com and shipping cost will be deducted from the amount credited to your account.
